Annual Conference

Paracha Auto Parts actively held its conference each year after its closing to discuss the company’s overall sales and staff performance. All distributors are sent official invitations, and rooms are reserved for them. Distributors and other team members actively engage in this conference, explaining the challenges they have and how they overcame them. To reward them for their efforts and hard work, the company awards them presents and other certificates at the conclusion of the conference based on their performance and sales.  Conference Agenda which are highlighted is as following:

Arrival Day

All of the distributors and other invited guests began to arrive and settle in. They take the day off to recharge and enjoy buffet dinner.

Conference Day
The meeting officially begins after breakfast. The conference officially began with managing director's keynote address. The panel discussion then begins by discussing automotive filter sales and launches, and after the lunch break, members' feedback and suggestions are considered. The distributors' efforts are recognized, and following all of the discussion, the closing ceremony is held by the company's Managing Director and Director, with the distribution of gits vouchers and awards.
Tour Day
This day began with breakfast, followed by a city tour. Everyone explores the city and spends the day celebrating their accomplishments.
